Choc-Tahini Cashew Treats

These choc-tahini cashew treats are a favourite of our favourites @sugarfreesisters. We couldn't help but share the goodness. 


Ingredients:
1 cup cashews blitzed in the food processor until it resembles a fine powder,
1 tbsp coconut oil,
1 tbsp rice malt syrup,
2 tsp raw cacao powder,
2 tsp tahini,
pinch of sea salt,
1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste,

CHOC TOP:
1/4 cup coconut oil,
1/4 cup raw cacao powder,
2 tsp rice malt syrup,

How to make it:
Blitz the nuts in a food processor until it's quite fine. Then add the rest of the ingredients until it's all well combined in the food processor. Press the base in a tray to set in the freezer for about 15 mins.
For the choc: melt coconut oil if not already melted, add cacao and rice malt syrup and stir well until it's all smooth.
Once the base is set, pour the chocolate over and place in the freezer for 15 minutes again
