While catching up over a cup of coffee is a much loved pastime, there’s plenty more exciting ways to spend time with your nearest-and-dearest in Perth. From Aerial Yoga to handstand workshops, healthy cider tastings to walking trails — there’s so many ways to hit two birds with one stone and incorporate your morning exercise or a market shop into a cute date with your friends. Here are some of our favourite ideas to get you started;

If you’re feeling lavish, a one or two-day detox program at Limon’s organic day spa could be just what the doctor ordered. A one-day detox begins with organic tea and a consultation, detoxifying dead sea salt exfoliation followed by a green clay mask and cocoon wrap, a head and neck massage, aromatherapy shower, Epsom salt and clay rich mineral foot soak and a foot scrub and massage — it’s a full body indulgent experience that will have you feeling rejuvenated for the week ahead.
While you’re at Limon, be sure to pick up some fabulous oils, body balms, scrubs or candles by Nelumbo Artisan Skincare.

Held at the gorgeous Tonic Yoga studio, you will even get to create your very own signature essential oil blend to take home with you.
Every Sunday morning from 8am—12pm, the lawn at South Fremantle Senior High School transforms into an local organic market, with plenty of delicious brekky stalls to grab a bite to eat from, patches of grass to sit on, and live music to enjoy, for an easy and relaxed start to the morning.
If you and your friends are devoted yogi’s working on a handstand practice, The Movement Co in Osborne Park offer an amazing list of strengthen workshops, from handstands, bodyweight fundamentals, strength and flexibility — it makes for the perfect aside for any yoga practice.
