Easter is one of our absolute favourite times of the year to get together with family and friends and celebrate with good food, and lots of chocolate!

But while it’s ok to indulge on some foods many of us would still like to be health conscious around the holidays.

Whether you’re in need of sweet or savoury inspiration, here are a selection of our favourite Easter eats, perfect for you and your family to enjoy this Easter!

Raw Easter Egg Dipped in Chocolate

What’s more in the spirit of Easter than an Easter egg?! This raw delight, combining nuts, fruit and a ‘chocolate’ drizzle, will be a crowd favourite in your house this year! The kids won’t even know it’s good for them!

Poached Pears in Chocolate Sauce

With the weather cooling down these poached pears are the perfect autumn munch. It may look like a lot of effort but these pears are actually an incredibly easy dessert to make and even prepare ahead of time, and the finished product looks incredibly refined and will leave your guests stunned.

Raw Carob Chocolates

These ridiculously easy to make Easter treats are the perfect addition to your Easter table, combining nuts, berries and quinoa to add extra texture and flavour to each bite. Perfect to make with the kids as a simple recipe in the kitchen, your guests will love them, whatever toppings you choose to use!

Raw Cacao and Dark Chocolate Cheesecake

Because who doesn’t love a guilt free chocolate cake? This one is sure to tickle your tastebuds and leave you and your guests craving more, and the best part is, made with all additive free ingredients, this simple no bake cake is the perfect treat to let yourself over-indulge in (well as much as your tummy allows, anyway!)

Poached Barramundi

With fish a clear favourite for Good Friday dinners, this Poached Barramundi is super tasty and takes less than 30 minutes to prepare. Wild caught Barramundi brings so much to the table; it's a lean white fish that is packed full of omega 3 fatty acids which are amazing for brain health, healthy hormones and fitting inflammation in the body.

Pumpkin and Beetroot Hummus Salad

This one is a really simple recipe that's packed with earthy goodness and lots of nutty overtones that together form the coconut oil roasted pumpkin, and the roasted almonds. Pairing lots of beetroot dishes with fermented foods is really healthy way to give your gut some serious loving this Easter.

Moroccan Lamb and Quinoa Tabbouleh Salad

There is nothing better than a salad, which ticks all the boxes - full of flavour, loads of texture, utilises seasonal produce and most importantly, keeps us feeling full! This one definitely hits the nail on the head. Moroccan spiced strips of warm lamb atop a filling and flavoursome salad base topped with toasted almonds and pomegranate! Yum! You will definitely be sure to impress your guests.

Raw Vegan Pesto Pasta

A little different from the traditional Easter menu, the zucchini noodles used are the light version of pasta, fresh and so much like spaghetti they leave your cravings satisfied, without the heavy, sluggish feeling after a big bowl of regular pasta. This pasta is predominantly made up of zucchini, that means you can have double the amount of it compared to a regular pasta, not to mention the pesto is to die for!
