Easter is one of our absolute favourite times of the year to get together with family and friends and celebrate with good food, and lots of chocolate!

But while it’s ok to indulge on some foods many of us would still like to be health conscious around the holidays.

Raw Vegan Pesto Pasta

A little different from the traditional Easter menu, the zucchini noodles used are the light version of pasta, fresh and so much like spaghetti they leave your cravings satisfied, without the heavy, sluggish feeling after a big bowl of regular pasta. This pasta is predominantly made up of zucchini, that means you can have double the amount of it compared to a regular pasta, not to mention the pesto is to die for!
