We’re committed to ensuring every business has the opportunity to be seen by our viewers, for this reason, it is free to list your business on Green Goodness Co. How long does my subscription last for and can I change it at any time? We want you to be happy and comfortable with your decision so we don’t have contract periods. Basically, you sign up for a month to month recurring payment plan and you can cancel at any stage. How do I make payments for my subscription? Payment is made with a through PayPal with an account or a credit card, you can set up your payments from inside your business account dashboard, login or create an account here. Can I list my business even though we aren’t in Perth, Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane? Unfortunately, at this stage you can’t list a business that’s not within one of the 4 chosen states we’re servicing in Australia. Is there any advertising space available on the site? Yes there is. If you are interested in advertising on Green Goodness Co, then contact us on [email protected] or call 0420 499 879 and we can find a solution to suit your needs! I’m running an event – Can I have it listed on your events page? Sure! You will need to create an account or login into your business account. Once logged into your account, go to the Events tab in your dashboard to add your new event. There is a fee of $27 per event listing. My business information is wrong – how can I fix this? First, you will need to claim the business, click the “Own this business” button on your listing (Under the map). Follow the steps to gain access to your business account dashboard, once logged in click the “Listing” tab to edit your business information. If your business isn’t displaying an “Own this Business” button, yet you have not claimed it yourself – get in contact with us at [email protected] and we will investigate and resolve the problem for you. Can Green Goodness Co trial our products/services/treatments for review?
