The Wellness Web is a Perth based Kinesiology practice in Nedlands founded by Stephanie Einhorn.

Stephanie has a strong focus on children’s health and is passionate about educating and inspiring others to make healthier lifestyle choices in order to live their life in balance.

We recently caught up with Stephanie to gain an insight into why she loves what she does and for her tips on living healthy and feeling good!

  • What do you love about what you do?

I really love the variety of my work. I get to work one on one with really great clients, including some very special children, helping them to find balance in their lives and feel like themselves again. I also get to share my passion for all things health and wellness through blogging and educating those around me, inspiring them to live healthier lives. My job is very rewarding and it is great to be able to help people create positive changes in their life.

  • If you had to give one healthy piece of advice to our readers what would it be?

My advice would be to try to find some balance in your day, every day. Even if you’re busy, actually, especially if you’re busy, try to take even 5 minutes for yourself to do something that makes you feel happy or calm or grateful or simply makes you stop and catch up with yourself. Don’t spend your days rushing here and there and waiting for the weekend or a holiday to do the things you love. Find a way to incorporate them into your day, in some small way. Commit to finding balance.

  • If you could make one positive change in the world, what would it be?

I would encourage everyone all over the world to just slow down and to try to live a simple life.

  • What are your five foolproof ways to feel good?

1. Sit down and have a cup of tea - it can solve almost anything

2. Go for a walk outside or do some kind of movement with music

3. Call a friend overseas that you miss and haven’t spoken to in way too long – connect with people!

4. Put my legs up the wall (yoga pose)

5. Take some nice big deep belly breaths and focus on all the positive things I have going for me in my life - practise gratitude, it’s impossible to be stressed and grateful at the same time!

I try to look back on how far I have come, rather than be overwhelmed with how far I still have to go.

  • What inspires you to live healthy?

Education. The more I learn and understand about the human body and mind, the more I want to make better choices for myself so I can feel my best. I also love cooking so I always want to make healthy food to share with others.
