Continue the spiritual journey witnessing sacred fire ceremonies and cruising down the Mother Ganges in Varanasi.
You will explore bustling markets, historic forts and mosques, holy shrines and orange-robed sadhus. We’ll soak up old and new yoga traditions, take in a sunrise from a Himalayan Hill Temple, meditate in sacred caves and yoga on the Ganges.
Threaded throughout this tour will be a yoga & meditation program personally facilitated by Lisa Allwell and lighthearted discourse about the history, philosophy and modern relevance of this ancient practice.
Together we’ll explore an Indian approach to yoga, which is not about physical movement but involves devotion, gratitude and a focus on gracefully navigating life.
