In line with our philosophy of living well, yoga classes are held upstairs at The Raw Kitchen in our large mezzanine studio at various times throughout the week. Join one of our experienced instructors as they guide you through a unique and expressive session on the mat to experience the benefits of this age-old practice on the mind and body. Open to students of all level - beginners to advanced - all welcome
