Our approach to Pregnancy Yoga is holistic, yet pragmatic.  We keep it real!  Our focus and intention is on enhancing your health and fostering trust in your body’s ability to carry a baby, to give birth and to enjoy motherhood.

Regardless of whether you’re a complete beginner or experienced yoga student, you’ll learn different postures and techniques to ease the physical symptoms of pregnancy, to optimise the health of your growing baby and to deeply relax.  You’ll also have supportive time-out with like-minded women, to share and enjoy your pregnancy, on all levels:
