Reflection of Balance Wellness Retreats

Our retreats are a little different to the rest. While we do include what you may expect to find on a wellness retreat such as boxing, high intensity training and personal training sessions, our mission is to provide you with a space to experience the exact opposite - a sense of stillness, a sense of balance.

 

We hope that by stepping out of your room to join us for a meditation (both traditional and not so traditional - in the form of poolside painting), mindful movement or yoga class you may choose to continue to make time for “you” when you return home to your reality.

We explore Ubud on a cycling tour, offer an indonesian lesson on Day 1, so we can all use local greetings during our stay, and spend an afternoon with the beautiful children at Bali Life Foundation.

Nourish your body with beautifully prepared meals daily and learn about nutrition, accountability and your own limitations during an interactive nutrition workshop.

We truly hope that our retreat is a turning point for you… For when you shine your brightest, you inspire others to do the same
