Core plus are the queens when it comes to getting sweaty. Although their focus is hot pilates, they sure how to throw a hot yoga party. Their hot yoga is set at a toasty 37 degrees, and may be the toughest class yet, putting the macho back into yoga. With world class instructors, you’re guaranteed to become a hot yogi pro in no time. Although there may be pain, that fresh air and cold drink at the end makes it all completely worth it!
