I have been receiving wellness coaching with Lou for about 10 weeks now and I have seen a huge improvement in my emotional and mental well being and how I handle life's challenges. I am managing stress more effectively, my health and wellness has improved, i have reduced the negative self talk and learnt to nourish myself with other ways than food. I am learning to love myself just as I am and striving for my vision and goals of being the best version of me. I love my weekly sessions with Lou, she is truly wonderful and has helped me in so many ways, I cannot recommend her enough!

I signed up for Lou’s 12 Week Health and Wellness Coaching Package with the aim of finding ways to deal with my anxiety, trust and confidence issues that stemmed from my past so that I could feel healthy and happy, and enjoy my life. Lou’s professionalism and one-on-one coaching sessions enabled me to grow and learn about myself in a relaxed, safe environment. Lou provided me with information about how to be kind and true to myself, setting boundaries, being assertive and how to use mindfulness to increase my sense of wellbeing and to cope during the hard times. Then using goal setting strategies Lou helped me to incorporate these techniques and others into my life. I found Lou truly inspiration and I am grateful that I now am loving and accepting of myself. I am also living in the moment with a smile on my face, feel confident I can handle what ever comes my way and have long-term goals for the future. Thank you Lou for the wonderful experience. It has been a privilege being coached by you.

I signed up for Louise’s 12 week Health & Wellness course and have found the weekly sessions invaluable. What I like about Louise’s coaching style is that she is totally non-judgmental. I am always at ease. She has a very warm and caring disposition and she works with you to help you achieve your goals. I love the strategies and tools she has shared with me to allow me to stay focused. By asking me specific questions, I was able to develop my Vision and set my weekly goals. She gently puts me back on track when I start to get distracted and helps me unclutter my thinking by reminding me of my Vision. Louise is non-judgmental and is very encouraging of even the smallest improvement! I would recommend anyone who is thinking of enlisting a ‘personal trainer’ to also think seriously of signing up with Louise. Her unique coaching sessions would definitely compliment any other self development program!

With Lou's coaching I am developing new habits to reach my goals. In the first session it was fun to set goals and put things in place to work towards them. But it is the weekly reviews where Lou questions how I am progressing in detail, that helps me to see how far I have come each week, and also what I need to work on. This is powerful in that I can see clearly that I have made changes and this instills confidence and BELIEF that I will meet my goals. Also Lou's approach is affirming and positive, realistic and non-pressuring. If you come across an obstacle, she kindly helps you to look at it, examine what can be done, and then helps you to reset the goal if needed. Lou's coaching is most powerful in that it creates self-belief.
