Silverdale Natural Therapy specialises in a combination of natural therapies specifically Australian Bush Flower Essences, Bowen, Emmett and Tissue Salt Therapy.

I am a Holistic Consultant who is gaining amazing results. Results that can be seen even after the first treatment.

Holistic Therapy looks at all areas of life, not just the physical issues responsible for your discomfort. Targetting the cause of the pain, not just the physical symptoms. I treat many people with a broad range of issues from very young babies – to the elderly.

I absolutely love what I do and I love empowering people in finding their own way to better health – what ever that may mean for them.

After suffering from a debilitating back injury a few years ago, I began to understand the complexity of dealing with chronic pain and injury. Through my own rehabilitation I was introduced to many holistic therapies that really helped me to get back on my feet – from this, Silverdale Natural Therapy was born.

Chronic Pain, (physical and emotional) can erode quality of life, self-esteem, physical and emotional tolerance levels, and energy levels. From my personal experience, feelings of total isolation can be felt whilst in the depth of the experience.

I believe that the holistic way of healing is very empowering and can change our lives and effect many others on so many levels.
