Exclusively for women and children Early Health is a Cottesloe based natural healthcare service that empowers women and children of all ages and life stages with the fad free tools needed to reach for better health.

Owned and operated by naturopath, wife and mum Kelly Epskamp, Early Health was born from Kelly’s own and ongoing experiences as a mum and her understanding of how important good health is to not only a child but to the whole family. Kelly is an advocate of health with realism and finding the best sustainable solution to your health concerns.

Early Health offers a variety of natural healthcare services and packages.

Consultations can be made to address a wide variety of health concerns including:

• Nutritional guidance or meal planning for the whole family. Online allergy or therapeutic diet plans that cater for a wide variety of diets including but not limited to GAPS, FODMAPS, gut healing diet, low GI, gluten free and fructose free diets.
• Infant, children and teens health concerns.
• Day care health packages and child gut health assessments.
• Pre conception health.
• Pregnancy health.
• Post pregnancy support.

Iridology assessments are offered to every client and repeat client over the age of 12 months.

Kelly is an experienced degree qualified naturopath and an accredited member of ANTA, health care rebates are also available.
