I love the connection of like minded people in our community, it’s such a privilege and inspiration to me. Sometimes I have people message me and say, “hey I’ve been checking out your recipes and it’s really motivated me or made a difference to our family.” How does it get better than that!?

If you had to give one healthy piece of advice to our readers what would it be?

It would be to ADD IT IN. Health is so exciting and if we look at what we can add in instead of what we take out the journey is so much more enjoyable. Having zero fun on a healthy diet is definitely not good for our health.

If you had to eat one food group for the rest of your life what would it be?

Is smoothie bowl a food group? Jokes - vegetables, definitely vegetables.

What’s the number one value or motto you live by?

One of my favourites is “If not me, who? If not now, when?” If I can’t find what I’m looking for then I go out and create it myself, we are all somebody and we all have the opportunity to make a difference.

What are your five foolproof ways to feel good?

  • Get a decent amount of sleep.
  • Eat well and ALWAYS eat without guilt.
  • Get moving, whatever your body loves to do. Right now my body is craving a dance with friends!
  • Get #RAK-ing. Do a random act of kindness or pay somebody a compliment. It’ll make their day and yours!
  • Treat yourself, right now I’m into adding things to my water like lemons, fruit or The Beauty Chef Inner Glow Powder - this makes me happy!
