Take this session to a location that inspires you to move. There are no restrictions so embrace the freedom of body weight movement! Whilst it says 4 rounds, if you only have a 20 minutes to spare just get through as much as you can. A little movement is better than none!

  • Plank jump + lift up
  • Forward and back lunge + power kick
  • Squat jump forward jog back
  • Tick tocks
  • 3 point jump
  • Surfer squats
