Taste your way through gluten free food options and discover new health products and services and build your way to a healthy lifestyle.
Over 60 companies are on show with 10 seminars and 20 cooking demonstrations over the two days. Visitors will be able to taste new food options, discover some healthy alternatives, learn about coeliac disease and how to live gluten free.
Gluten free food is available for a meal or snack, along with gluten free beer and organic wine. Many companies will have tastings of their produce and there will be show specials to take advantage of.
