This light three course meal embraces those vibrant Asian flavours that we all love with some very simple recipes for entertaining or quick weekday meals.

For entrée we will make an Asian mushroom san choy bow, served in crisp lettuce leaves with a tamari and ginger dressing. Our main meal will be buckwheat soba noodles with a miso dressing, steamed greens and sesame baked salmon (or crunchy sesame tempeh as a vegetarian/vegan option). Dessert will be sticky coconut black rice pudding with lime and fresh seasonal fruit.
